I meant to write this review after I left with a beautiful 2010 Ford Ranger. Been busy with the truck! But was extremely happy, the service, professionalism, and being an unexperienced car buyer, they helped me drive out with the truck in no time! But very thorrow, and very honest, which is what we all would like when buying a vehicle. These guys were great, I got a beautiful truck for an amazing price.... Nothing on this lot was junk, every vehicle looked highly well kept, no headache cars. Ive recommended these guys to few friends already, some asked me after they heard what i got the truck for :) . Overall, very happy with the service, honesty, and beautiful vehicle that rides as good as it looks.

This is my 2nd time in 2 months visiting Mike at Express Auto. My son was looking for a pickup and found another beauty on his lot. Within the hour we were signing paperwork and drove it home. Their are alot of dealers out their and i have been burnt before but after a 2nd time with Mike i wont look anywhere else. He has beautiful cars and no pcs of junk hiding under a coat of wax. Purchased a 2009 Chevy Traverse from Mike, it was my first time purchasing a used car. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted in a courteous and professional manner by mike the owner of express auto mall I have bought a number of cars in my day and witnessed all kinds of car salespeople , unfortunately that includes the type that just make you want to dart out the door. But that was not the experience we had a express auto when we were searching for a used car for our son.. Our salesperson mike showed genuine interest in helping our son get into a car he would be happy with. I normally don't take the time to do this BUT my experience @EXPRESS AUTO MALL is worth talking about. This deal really wasn't the smoothest of deals I have been part of as I rotate cars every 2 or 3 years. My sales person MIKE made sure that any and all my concerns where getting handled and he did a beautiful job of making sure I was completely satisfied. Any one can sell you a car but having someone there when things don't go all that smooth is a true testament to the people you are dealing with. Drove the car back to MD 2 weeks ago and it has been running great. My son loves this car. I was happy to participate in the memory of this purchase. Thank you Mike .... Mike is like working with a good friend. He always wants to make sure you are happy with the car. If any issues arise he is quick to let you know he will take care of you. He goes out of his way to instill confidence in the purchase. His cars are all very nice, no junkers. This is a company I confidently recommend. I been to a lot of dealerships but these guys had it down everything right. I bought a SUV 10 years old n they had it shampooed. Exterior and interior were really good for that old car.
